Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 2Cold Chronicles is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, 2Cold Chronicles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
